In 'Eat the Rainbow, Drink the Rain', we are focusing on improving your dietary habits and gut health. This includes increasing the amount of produce that you’re eating, ensuring optimal water intake and improving the health of your gut---which has a HUGE impact on your overall health status. Focus on what you can add to your diet, not on what you need to remove or avoid. That will come with time as you get more in tune with your body and how it responds to what you consume. As part of this gut health program, we've included a week of self-care practices to help manage stress and promote healthy digestion. The body works as one glorious interconnected system and must be treated accordingly. With this holistic concept in mind, this program includes both dietary changes as well as the incorporation of stress-reducing techniques.
