If your actions donāt align š· with your values, your integrity suffers, and you will lose š respectāfrom others and from yourself.
This can lead to unnecessary inner turmoil š, confusion š¤·š»āāļø, frustration š , anxiety š and stress š.
To best prevent this, be sure to define š your values and adhere 𩹠to them as closely as possible. As you begin to embody your values, you will feel more aligned š° with your Self which will lead to greater inner peace ā®ļø.
Some of my personal core values are:
~honesty/truth š£ļø
~inclusivity/diversity/equality š
~humility š
~kindness š
~open-mindedness š¤Æ
~authenticity š§š»āš¤
These are just some of the principles I strive to follow š¦¶š¼ as much as possible. I am generally successful in adhering to them, but the one I find most challenging is authenticity. This is because I am gradually breaking free āļø from societal expectations and embracing š« my true authentic self. Thatās a PROCESS.
Humanism is the system that best encompasses ā¾ļø all of my values as it promotes honesty š£ļø, inclusivity š±š»āāļøš§š½āāļøš©š»āš¦°š§š»š§šæāāļø (it's the ONLY labeled system that is truly all-inclusive ā- we're ALL humans, after all), humility š, and more.
The ten commitments š are listed here ā¬ļø as an introduction to anyone who may be curious š§ to know more.

While youāre navigating your personal journey towards alignment š§āāļø, you may face doubt āļø, anxiety, and stress. These are all normal reactions to the process.
